Dear Parents,
Welcome to our class' website! I believe that parent-teacher communication is essential in order
to maximize your student's learning. It is my hope that this
website will help you communicate with me. In addition to having the option
of calling me at school (734-850-6853) or sending a note with your child,
I can also be reached via e-mail.
If you ever have a question orconcern, please feel free to use the e-mail link. I
check my e-mail multiple times each day.
 In
addition to providing another method of communication, another one of my
goals for mrslykowski.com is that it will keep you up-to-date on what we're
learning in the classroom. Each week, the students' spelling words will be
posted, and a listing of daily homework assignments can be found on the Academics page. In order to give you an idea
of what's to come, important dates for things like upcoming
tests and projects will be constantly updated,(also found on the Academics page.
Finally, be sure to take some time and listen to Mustang News Radio , Monroe Road's very own
podcast! Check out our Technology page and follow some of our exciting technology projects this year. Also, be sure to follow our Global Explorers, as they connect and collaborate with students in Bucaramanga, Colombia.
